Frequently asked questions
How many riders can use Freecom 4X together?
The system supports a group of up to four riders with compatible intercom units. This listing supplies one unit.
Does it need a phone for intercom conversations?
No. Intercom communication and FM radio can operate without a phone; pair a smartphone for calls and streamed audio.
What affects intercom range?
Terrain, buildings and the relative position of riders can reduce range. Plan for real riding conditions rather than treating an advertised maximum as guaranteed.
